Protecting Families and Pets on the South Shore from Mosquito born-diseases
When it comes to enjoying the comforts of your home, the outdoor spaces should not be left out. Whether it’s firing up the barbecue, an afternoon by the pool, or just a quiet moment in the garden, a mosquito-free environment can make all the difference. Mosquito Mary’s offers a choice of two targeted barrier treatments designed to keep pests at bay: the Customized Mosquito and Tick Barrier, and our All-Natural Mosquito and Tick Barrier.
Mosquito Mary’s Customized Mosquito and Tick Barrier is our most popular service. A water-resistant, pesticide-based solution, it targets a variety of pests including mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, beetles, crickets, and flying insects. Our Massachusetts state-licensed technicians provide treatments every 17-21 days throughout the season, ensuring continuous protection for your outdoor spaces.
Our technicians, armed with industrial backpack sprayers, meticulously apply the barrier solution to identified breeding grounds, recreation areas, and the perimeter of your property. We also use Altosids, a form of larvicide, to treat standing water sources, further reducing the chances of pest breeding. Post-treatment, within thirty minutes, your yard is safe for use by both humans and pets.
If you prefer a more natural approach, our All-Natural Mosquito and Tick Barrier offers an alternative to the Customized Barrier Treatment. This eco-friendly solution combines essential oils and minerals to act as a biocide and repellent. While this solution is less effective for properties with deep tree lines or wild vegetation, it is still an excellent choice for many homes and comes with our Mary’s Guarantee on every service!
The application process for our All-Natural Barrier is the same as our Customized Barrier. Our technicians will survey your property, identify potential pest hotspots, and strategically apply the all-natural solution. They also treat standing water sources with larvacides, providing comprehensive protection against pests.
